As a modern Sour IPA, Fruits of Wisdom sits right between two worlds. A bright, assertive acidity leads the way, while a saturated hop profile keeps it firmly rooted in IPA territory. Peach and mango bring a full fruit character that blends seamlessly with layers of citrus, passionfruit, white grape and gooseberry from Citra and Nelson Sauvin. The result is expressive and juicy, without losing its edge. Built on a soft base of wheat and oats, Philly Sour delivers a clean acidity that remains front and center throughout.
