shipping within the netherlands
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL. Order today, dispatched within 24 hours.
After dispatch, you will automatically receive a tracking code by email. Within the Netherlands, parcels are usually delivered within one to two working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
international shipping
For each international order, we select the most suitable carrier: PostNL, DPD or DHL. We take into account factors such as the destination country, the weight and the number of beers.
International shipments via PostNL generally follow the same dispatch schedule as orders within the Netherlands. Shipments via DPD or DHL are usually handed over to the carrier no later than the next working day. Orders placed from Friday afternoon through to Monday are usually dispatched on Tuesday.
Delivery times vary by country, carrier and period. The stated dispatch and delivery times are therefore estimates. Once your parcel has been processed, you will receive a tracking code by email.
age verification
Alcoholic products are always shipped using a service with age verification for recipients aged 18 or over. Please bear in mind that the carrier may ask for a valid identity document upon delivery. The parcel must not be left unattended.

In very exceptional cases, an order may need to be split into several parcels because of its weight, size or safety requirements. If this results in additional shipping costs, we will contact you before dispatch. No additional costs will be charged without your agreement, and you may cancel the order free of charge.
