Pauline Delahaye American Amber

This American Amber is a tribute to Pauline Delahaye, a Limburg resistance heroine during the darkest days of the Second World War. At the risk of her own life, she brought Jewish children to safe hiding places. A woman of courage, a sense of duty, and a deeply rooted sense of justice. Warm and powerful, with deep caramel notes and a steadfast hop bitterness.
