Description

Grape variety/vinification This wine is made from 100% Verdejo. The juice comes from vines between 20 and 25 years old located in the Rueda region. The harvest is done by hand and begins in mid-September. The wine rests on the lees for another 2 months. Tasting note A straw yellow color with green accents. An intense aroma of tropical fruit, such as pineapple and passion fruit. There are also distinct herbaceous notes to be discovered that go hand in hand with aromas of peach and melon. Food pairing Pairs well with grilled fish and poultry.
