About 3 Sons Brewing Co.
3 Sons Brewing Co. is an American brewery based in Dania Beach, Florida. The story began in 2011, when Corey started brewing in his kitchen at home. That curiosity grew into a family business where experimentation and flavor are central.
The brewery enjoys pushing the boundaries of traditional styles, but also produces familiar beer styles. This combination provides space for both an accessible introduction and a distinct new discovery.
What beers does 3 Sons make?
The 3 Sons range includes pilsner, Pale Ale, IPA, stout, and sour beer styles, among others. In addition, the brewery has a barrel-aging program.
There is therefore more to discover than just one flavor profile. One release might focus on fresh hop aromas, while another centers on roasted malt flavors or the influence of a wooden barrel. Look at the description of each beer to discover what direction it takes.
Discovering stouts and barrel-aged beers
For lovers of dark, rich beers, the stouts and barrel-aged releases are an interesting side of 3 Sons. With stouts, malt flavors of coffee, cocoa, and chocolate can form the base. The precise balance between roasted flavors, sweetness, and body differs per beer.
Barrel aging can add extra layers to that. Wood and the previous contents of the barrel can, for example, provide vanilla, spiciness, or a warming spirit character. The interplay with the base beer determines how that ultimately translates into your glass.
