Beschrijving

Black Currant Pancake. It's been over 3 years since our last batch of this mead, and we're very excited to have it wrapping up in time for early 2026. We anticipate that this batch will be present with an explosion of fruit, though we're continuing to play with the adjuncts and actively taste testing to make sure this one pops.

Pips Meadery

We have a passion for all things wine, but are primarily focused on mead. Playing most frequently in the dessert category, we are willing to push the boundaries at times and stretch past balance to bring out intense flavors and unique combinations in our products. We appreciate all feedback on our products and we strive for continuous improvement in our recipes.
