Resonance
Resonance is a rich and complex imperial stout, initially barrel-aged for 18 months in Heaven Hill and Wild Turkey barrels, followed by a 6-month finishing touch in selected bourbon barrels (it's a double barrel, in other words). The result is a smooth, bold, and velvety stout, layered with complex flavors and aromas from the malt, the barrels, and the slow oxidation processes that happened over the long period of time the beer rested in barrels. Resonance is off the rack, meaning that no spices, sugars or other additives have been added to the beer after the barrel-aging. It is a pure and balanced beer, shaped by patience and dedication, and it might be the best barrel-aged stout that we have made so far in the history of Salikatt. Cheers!
