A Saison base, the classic raspberry/red pepper duo, which always works beautifully, all enhanced by the famous British sauce, and voilà! It's hard to know what to make of it on paper... But in the mouth, the harmony works its magic, and a whole world unfolds! The red pepper dominates, the raspberry accompanies, and the Worcestershire sauce gently rounds things off with umami notes alongside the subtle Saison profile.
