Description

"Pils Single Hop HBC638. Here is a simple Pilsner, for once without any frills or gimmicks. However, we're flirting with a touch of the exotic since we dared to use an experimental American hop from Yakima: HBC638. The style is therefore traditional, while one of its key ingredients is decidedly modern (hence the name). No wild combinations in terms of quantities; it's brewed at just under 3g/L and there's no dry hopping (so as not to strain a muscle when you start brewing again). This Pilsner thus adheres to the specifications: it's super clean, super crisp, with a touch of bitterness, as well as a herbaceous and subtly floral aroma typical of the style."
