#SELECT - NECTARON (2026)

This past spring we had the great pleasure of selecting New Zealand hops from Yakima Chief Ranches, in partnership with Hop Products New Zealand! This process is essential to our hoppy beer program, as it allows us to choose unique and delectable lots of hops you won't get to taste anywhere else. This year we selected for the varietal Nectaron. We’ve been really happy with Nectaron for the past couple of years. This is a hop that has really come into its own as the growers have gotten more comfortable growing and harvesting it. Every lot we were presented this year was exquisite. So we just chose the most pineapple, peachy, explosively tropical lot that smelled amazing and soft. A true joy to choose this year! We’re thrilled to be able to share our selection of Nectaron with you.
