An Imperial Stout crafted with the use of 10 malts, with added Irish dillisk lends a tone and sense of place. The lightest hint of sea spray. The extended maturation time in Skellig Six18 Triple Cask Potstill Ex Bourbon Barrels applies layers of fruity / spicy notes with an underlay of vanilla.
