Trifling Matters

This next one's also inspired by a dessert, but we've taken a few more liberties with it. Starting from the classic British trifle, we've gone and thrown everything but the kitchen sink into the mix, almost like in that episode of Friends (OK, without the beef). ? TRIFLING MATTERS has layers upon layers of goodness, starting with Tiramisu ice cream (a bit of lactose in this one), then blueberry and raspberry purees, covered by forest fruit soft-serve ice cream, then ripe banana puree, mixed in with dense exotic coconut cream, crowned on top by a thick layer of fluffy vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. ????? It's a jackpot of yumminess. A whirlwind of awesome flavours. ? You can't go wrong with this, just grab a biiiig spoon and go ahead and dig deep! ??
