Simmer (Bad Bones & BreWskey collab)

A collab with our friends from Bad Bones and Brewskey! For this beer we wanted to bring in a few different components of what both breweries do in their beer, so we modified our malt bill to be more in line with theirs and also shortened our boil time, leaving behind some extra protein and a slightly paler color. Hopped with Riwaka, Citra and Peacharine hop kief, this beer is dripping in notes of citrus, tropical fruit, nectarine and white peach!
