New day, new DIPA. Creation is our latest double IPA built around a heavy charge of Nelson, Nelson Hop Kief and a big dose of Superdelic. Superdelic has been blowing us away lately, giving a wild fruity/candy edge that pairs beautifully with Nelson’s classic white wine profile. This one is all about saturation, softness, and flavour for days. Creation pours a milky golden yellow with thick, sticky, glass-coating bubbles. The aroma jumps out of the glass with white wine, sugar-coated fruit candies, and mandarin orange. The mouthfeel is rich and creamy, carrying bold flavours of fresh OJ and ripe mango, backed by hints of white grape and a soft cannabis note. Dense, smooth, and loaded with hop character, it finishes bright, clean. Dangerously drinkable.
