Description
Kompel Nos. Col. B18 - Het Ketelhuis symboliseert een romantische ontmoeting tussen aroma’s van twee werelden: hij versmelt granen en druivensap en is gekruid met Nelson Sauvin hop (gekend voor zijn Sauvignon Blanc karakter). Door de fermentatie met Portugese (Douro) witte wijn gist bekomen we een mooie waaier van fruitige aroma’s. Een korte lagering op Franse eik resulteert in een extra laagje vanille.
