A Hazy DIPA with Luminosa, Rakau & Nelson Sauvin. "We teamed up with Blackout Brewing to create a big Hazy DIPA. We selected a cool hop combo of Luminosa, Rakau, and Nelson Sauvin. It’s the first time either of us has used Luminosa, so this one will be interesting. We get beautiful bright stone fruit and grassiness from Rakau, that white wine, white pepper and gooseberries from Nelson. Luminosa is expected to add notes of peach, orange peel, papaya, and guava."
