Trinity is a rounded, full-bodied, and velvety Imperial Stout, aged for a year in select bourbon casks that began their life in the US, then matured Irish whiskey before making their way to Sligo. The result is a harmony of bold woody character and rich bourbon aromas, layered with smooth notes of oats, chocolate, and dark roasted malts. A true-to-style Bourbon-Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout.
