Our Potica Pastry Stout is brewed with carefully selected grains—light and dark, common and unusual, roasted and sweet—using Slovenian hops to balance the sweetness, and a very long boil to achieve perfect caramelization.\n\nFinally, we added the ingredients of our favorite Slovenian dessert. We carefully toasted the walnuts, crushed them, soaked them in rum, and added them to the fermenter.
